Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival. Will last 3-4 weeks when refrigerated or up to 4 months in the freezer. 

Sea moss gels are shipped frozen Monday-Wendesday. Each gel is made to order so please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Gels are not shipped internationally. Local pick up available for residents in Los Angeles.
